Jeanine joined Kappan Financial in the spring of 2025, transitioning into a new career path following a successful background in sales and events within the hotel industry. Jeanine’s most impactful work came during her tenure with Hyatt, serving locations in both New Jersey and Philadelphia. Jeanine’s forte is her customer-focused mindset and a passion for building relationships, suiting her perfectly in her role as Director of Client Services.

Born and raised in northern New Jersey, Jeanine and her family have called Rochester home since 2023. Jeanine enjoys adventures with her husband and two little boys, seeing live music, baking sweet treats, indulging in dining out, and vacationing.
