The name Kappan pays homage to the Delta Kappa Tau fraternity, a transformative experience during our founder’s college years. Within the fraternity, strong role models and a culture rooted in service and leadership shaped the vision and mission of our company today. Even our logo and colors reflect this pivotal time, echoing the fraternity’s seven foundational principles that continue to guide our work.
Our philosophy is also enriched by the timeless wisdom of Greek mythology. We draw inspiration from Athena, the goddess of wisdom, war, and strategy. Known for empowering others and championing their success, Athena represents a commitment to guiding and supporting people as they navigate challenges.
